Gold Japanese Sesame is a sensorial embrace of elegance. Casa Bosques intertwines heirloom Criollo cacao with velvety, golden neri goma and its matching oil. The result is a melting of toasted sesame and a buttery, nut-forward depth that enriches the dark chocolate canvas.

The Gold Japanese sesame paste, or neri goma, is made using the finest sesame seeds to produce a unique butter that is highly aromatic, with a rich nutty flavour, while gold sesame oil brings complexity into the chocolate notes.

Tasting Notes: deep, toasted, nutty flavours akin to tahini but silkier and more fragrant.
