WE INSURE EVERY ORDER FOR THE FULL VALUE AS A COURTESY. Once a package is passed off to the carrier, we can no longer be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or items damaged in transit. While this doesn’t happen TOO often, the truth is it does happen occasionally. Most of the time, a package will get temporarily lost in transit and magically show up after an extra week or two. We suggest getting packages delivered to a secure address. We will not refund you for lost packages or items lost in transit. The whole situation is unfortunate when it happens and we ask for your patience. We will be available to help along the claims process. This sometimes can take several weeks.
when filling out shipping information, please make sure your shipping address is correct. all orders returned to us via usps /ups marked with "insufficient address", "addressee not known", or "packaged refused" will be cancelled and refunded less a 15% restocking fee.

we love being able to offer shoppay installment payments to our customers but due to the high processing fees, full price orders processed with shop pay installments are only available for exchange.
all new, unopened/unworn home goods & clothing with tags attached can be returned with a return initiated within 5 days of receiving item. please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to initiate a return. we will send you back a printable shipping return label. return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the return. return labels typically cost about $11. you are more than welcome to return a package via another carrier or purchase return shipping yourself. we strongly suggest insuring the package, as we are not responsible for packages sent with a label we did not provide. items
we kindly ask all returns be shipped back in a timely manner. returns must be scanned as received by the carrier within 7 days of package delivery. packages received outside of this window may only be eligible for store credit if full priced or charged a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds are typically processed between 2-5 business days upon return.
original shipping costs paid by the customer (ie orders not using the free shipping option / expedited orders ) are non-refundable.
if you need to cancel an order before it ships out for any reason, we are happy to oblige. however, we do have to charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover the transaction fees that are not refunded to us by our payment processor. for shop pay installments, this fee is 9%. if you would like the refund as store credit, this fee is waived.
