Fennel pollen is sometimes called “the spice of angels” — prized in Tuscany and Lazio for its golden hue and honeyed aroma. Our version begins with our own Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil — grown and pressed in Ojai, CA —  infused in-house with hand-dried Fennel pollen from Carranza Family Farms, cultivated regeneratively along the California coast. 

A balanced play of flavor that captures the rich, peppery vibrancy of the Oil, mixed with the full floral complexity of the Fennel. I suggest you drizzle over roasted fish, citrus salad, or pasta with Lemon and Mint.
