Sourced from Maya Mountain in southern Belize, this cacao is produced through a centralized fermentory working with Q'eqchi' and Mopan Maya smallholder farmers, resulting in a creamy, fruit-forward profile with depth and character. Crafted bean-to-bar in Bend, Oregon using just two ingredients, with notes of raspberry, caramel, and chocolate pudding.
