Created in collaboration with Chef Yadira Garcia, our heritage-based Sofrito is non-GMO, naturally vegan, and has no additives. Plus, it's made with fresh ajicito peppers and culantro, and is shelf-stable (only refrigerate after opening). Pa’lante! Let's cook!
